经济混沌是经济系统所具有的除了稳定平衡、周期变化和不稳定发散的动态行为之外的第四种动态行为.经济混沌可以是有益的、有害的和中性的,是可以利用、控制和防犯、适应的.
Economic systems can exhibit persistent chaotic behavior within predictable boundaries besides being stable——that is , converge to an equilibrium, oscillate stably, diverge unstably. Economic chaos can be useful, harmful, or neutral. It can be used, controlled and defended . And an economic system can be organized to adapt to chatic environment.
