不同桑品种对朱砂叶螨的抗感特性初探 被引量:1

摘要 在室内自然变温(17~25℃)条件下,先后4次用不同品种的桑叶饲养朱砂叶螨[Te-tranychus cinnabarinus (Boisdval)],并对各品种叶的形态、组织结构、生理等进行研究得出:凡叶背脉茸毛多而长,下表皮十海绵组织厚度厚,细胞液渗透压小的桑品种叶如桐乡青等,则饲养的害螨发育慢、经过长、产卵量少,表现出较好的抗螨特性;反之如鸡桑等品种叶上表现出明显的感螨特性. Acarids [Tetranychus cinnabarinus (Boisduval)] were reared indoors at ambient temper-atures (17~25℃) and fed with the leaves of different mulberry genotypes,and the morphol-ogy, tissue structure and physiology of the leaves were studied. The results showed thatgenotypes with luxurious and long hairs on their leaf back veins, thick hypodermis andspongy tissues and low cytochylema osmotic pressure such as Morus alba cv. Tongxiangqinghad comparatively high acarid resistance,for the pests fed with them grew slowly and laidfewer eggs. In contrast,such genotypes as Morus australis showed marked acarid susceptibili-ty.
