摘要
采用同日龄幼鲤在同一饲养条件下,连续测得38、76、114日龄时肝胰脏、肠道蛋白酶、脂肪酸和淀粉酶活性。结果表明:肝胰脏、肠道蛋白酶活性,肝胰脏淀粉酶活性随日龄增加而增加;38至76日龄时肠道脂肪酶、淀粉酶活性明显增加,76至114日龄变化不明显,而肝胰脏脂肪酶活性显著增加;38至76日龄时肠道蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶活性高于肝胰脏,114日龄时肝胰脏蛋白酶、脂肪酶活性高于肠道,淀粉酶活性与肠道接近。
