摘要
对化学防治社鼠时的载饵和药剂进行研究．结果表明：（１）在饲养条件下，鼠对各种载饵的取食差异明显，其喜食度为谷子＞玉米＞葵花＞小麦．取食量和体重正相关．（２）室内饲毒显示，急性杀鼠剂的摄食系数为０．２６～０．２９，杀灭效果为１００％；慢性杀鼠剂的摄食系数为０．５７～０．６５，杀灭效果为８３．３３％～１００％．溴敌隆和甘氟是较理想的防治药剂．
In the period of 1991～1994, the author carried out the study on selection of carrier and rodenticide in laboratory. The results of study are as follow:(1) It is obvious that surphur bellied rat ate different bais′s carrier, eating index is miller>maize>sunflower>whest, Amount of eating bait with their body weight is positively relative. Millet is best carrier bait.(2) There is different eating index between acute poison and chronic poison, eating index of acute rodenticide is 0.26 to 0.29, killing effect is 100%, and that of chronic rodenticide is 0.57 to 0.65, killing effect is 83.33% to 100%. Bromadiolone and Glyftor are very ideal rdsenticide to kill surphur bellied rat.
