摘要
随着改革开放人民生活水平的日益提高，市民审美情趣也日渐提高，崇尚的宝石饰品市场也随之活跃起来，同时大量的假冒劣质的宝玉石也进入了市场，严重扰乱了百姓的消费心理．而许多宝玉石又碍于体积、透明度形状及损伤等原因，用常规的放大镜、密度、分光镜硬度和折射率等无法区别，于是给鉴别带来了更高的要求．本文阐述了利用ＸＲＤ的穿透性及无损伤性，对大部分的宝玉石从天然无法作弊的最基础的晶体结构进行鉴别，建立进行诊别的标准数据库，使常见的宝玉石都有一张准确的“脸谱”
In order to detect the artificial jewelry in the market, many conventional means such as magnifier, mass density, hardness, refractive index tester and so on are used to appraise the common jewelry. However, all these traditional methods have some limitation in the nondestructive jewelry appreciation. In this paper, we report a nondestructive jewelry appreciation method by using Xray diffraction(XRD). The XRD spectra database and characteristic spectra of the common jewelries are established according to the structure of these jewelries, which can be used to appraise the jewelry as the spectra sample.
