北京菜园土土壤微生物生物量碳、氮与土壤一些性质的关系 被引量:3

Relationship Between Microbial Biomass Carbon,Nitrogen and Some Parameters of the Soils Grown Vegetables in Beijing

摘要 10个土壤样品采自北京郊区种植年限不同的菜园地,同时测定了土壤中微生物生物量碳、氮及土壤有机碳、全氮、pH、有效磷、钾和物理性粘粒(<0.01mm)含量。研究发现:微生物生物量碳在24.8~522.4mg·kg^(-1)土,平均为234.4mg·kg^(-1)土;微生物生物量氮在39.2~74.1mg·kg^(-1)土,平均为51.3mg·kg^(-1)土;微生物生物量碳氮与土壤有机碳和全氮之间存在极显著的相关性,生物量碳占土壤有机碳平均为1.3%,生物量氮占土壤全氮平均为5.3%;微生物生物量碳氮与土壤有效磷钾和 pH 的相关性较低,但与物理性粘粒含量存在一定的相关性。 10 soils grown vegetable are collected from Beijing suburban.Microbial biomass C and N,organic C,total N,pH and physical clay(<0.01 mm)content are mea- sured in these soils.It is found that biomass C ranges from 24.8~522.4 mg·kg^(-1)soil,on average 234.4 mg·kg^(-1)soil.Biomass N is in the range of 39.2~74.1 mg·kg^(-1)soil,on av- erage 51.3 mg·kg^(-1)soil.There are significant relationships between microbial biomass C, N and organic C,total N.The relationships are not high between biomass C,N and soil available P,K and pH.However,the physical clay content is closely related with biomass C and N.
