摘要
以300MW电站锅炉为研究对象,通过仿真与实践相结合,建立了远程状态监测与故障诊断系统。状态监测主要有锅炉系统总体监测、锅炉本体监测、趋势监测、棒图监测和越限报警等。故障诊断根据锅炉运行状态监测情况,确定锅炉系统运行中出现的故障征兆,采用深、浅知识相结合的混合诊断推理机制,分析诊断锅炉系统在运行过程中可能出现的各种故障,如炉膛灭火,过热器爆管,省煤器磨损、泄漏,空气预热器积灰、泄漏,锅炉满水、缺水等常见故障。通过远程传输DAS数据到济南市山东电力科学研究院进行远程监测诊断,并收到预期的效果。
A long distance monitoring and fault diagnosis system for a boiler system of 300 MW turbine generator sets was built, adopting a method of combining simulation with practice. The system can monitor on line operation state of the boiler system, including overall monitor of the boiler system, major monitor of boiler, run tending monitor, bar figure display and overrange alarm. According to boiler system running state and fault signs, every fault of the boiler system is analyzed and diagnosed with a mixed deep shallow knowledge inference control mechanism, such as the chamber of furnace put out a fire, overteater squibing, economizer wore and leak out, air preheater collected ash and leak out, the boiler full water or vacancy water and the air powder system, etc. The hope for result has been achieved, transmiting DAS data to Shandong Electric Power Research Institute for long distance monitoring and fault diagnosis.
