摘要
研究了胆绿素在碱性(NaOH)水溶液及无水乙醇、甲醇、CH2Cl2等几种溶剂体系中的荧光性质.发现胆绿素在碱性水溶液中经加热、通O2、加H2O2等方法处理后均可产生特征强荧光,其λex和λem分别为465nm和525nm;对荧光性质的各种影响因素进行了探讨.
Fluorescent properties of biliverdin were studied in aqueous alkaline solution(Sodium hydroxide) and several other organic solvents . Biliverdin emits specific strong fluorescent after being heated, bubbling oxygen, addition of H_2O_2 etc., its λex and λem are 465 nm and 525 nm respectively. A few affecting factors of fluorescent properties were discussed.
