摘要
目的 总结AF系统治疗胸腰椎骨折的经验。方法 使用AF系统内固定加植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折 54例。结果 术后 1 2～ 2 4个月随访 ,脊柱生理弯曲 ,椎体前缘高度恢复理想 ,未见脊柱失稳 ,2 1例有Frankel分级一级以上的改善。结论 AF系统结构简单 ,操作方便 ,固定坚固 ,重建了脊柱的生理弯曲 ,椎体高度 ,后路植骨可有效保持后柱稳定 。
Objective To sum up the clinical experience on treatment of thoracolumbar spinal fractures with atlas fixation system and bone grafting.Methods 54 cases of thoracolumbar spinal fracture were treated with AF system.Results 4l cases were followed up from 12 to 24 months.The anterior height of vertebral bodies were recovered.The natural curvature of the spinal were recovered.21 cases improve one more Frankel′s score.Conclusion AF system are simple in structure,easy to operate and fixation is rigid.The heights of vertebral bodies and The natural curvature of the spinal were reconstruct,the posterior bone grafting can keep the posterior column stability. to create condition for nursing and recovering of the function of the spinal cord.
