HCG和LRH—A对南方鲇亲鱼催情效果的试验

摘要 用HCG(人绒毛膜促性腺激素)和LRH—A(促黄体生成素释放激素类似物)做催情剂,对重庆市热带鱼越冬场的性成熟南方鲇进行了人工催产试验。二批共试验了40尾(总重154kg)。其中雌亲鱼25尾,雄亲鱼15尾。雌亲鱼的药物用量为(HCG 3 300 IU+LRH—A 6 μg)/kg,雄亲鱼用药量为(HCG 1 250 IU+LRH—A 2.25 vg)/kg。雌亲鱼第1次注射总剂量的1/3,10 h后注射余量。经注射催情剂的亲鱼置圆形离心水泥池中,冲水。效应时间9—10h。人工授精,脱粘流水孵化。结果:第一次试验,产卵率80%,得正常受精卵约10万粒,第二次试验,产卵率100%,得正常受精卵23万粒。 In the experiment, HCG and LRH-A were used to hasten parturition artificially for 40 southern sheat fish (25 females and -15 males, total weight 154 kg) with mature sex gland,Two groups were hastened, with 16 male parent fish in the first group and 24 female parent fish in the second. The amount for female fish was (HCG 3300IU/kg + LRH - A 6ug)/kg. The amount for males was (HCG 1250 IU+LRH-A 2. 25 ng)/kg. The females were injected twice, with 1/3 of its total at the first time and the other 2/3 in 10 hours. The males were injected once for all at the time when the females were injected the second time. Then the injecting parent fish were raised in a circular concrete pond with flowing water. The effecting time of the process was 9-10 hours. Then insemination and hatch would be carried out in the hatch tank. The result was as follows; in the first step, 80% was be brought into a hastened parturition with 100 000 spawns; while in the second step, 100% was done with 230 000 spawns.
