摘要
笔者应用原子吸收法测定了急性视力降低(实验组)和正常人(对照组)各30例枕发中锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、铜(Cu)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、镉(Cd)含量的变化。结果表明:实验组Zn、Fe、Ca、Mg含量明显低于对照组,差异非常显著(P<0.01);而 Cu含量明显高于对照组,差异非常显著(P<0.01);实验组Cu含量虽然低于对照组,但无显著性差异(P>0.05),而Cu/Zn比值明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。说明视力降低与体内Zn、Fe、Cu、Ca、Mg含量降低有关。
The writers determined by AAS the contents of Zn,Fe,Cu ,Ca,Mg, Cd in the occiput hair in 30 cases of acute vision drop (test group) and in 30 controls. The result showed that in the test group,the contents of Zn,Fe,Ca,Mg were lower while the content of Cd was higher than those in the control group both with significant difference (P<0. 01) ; in the test group the content of Cu was lower than that in the control group,but with no significant difference (P>0. 05) ;the ratio of Cu/Zn of the test group was higher than that of the control group with significant dii'ference (P<0. 05). All this shows that acute vision drop is related to the reduction of Zn,Fe,Cu,Mg in the human body.
