摘要
本文采用综合文献资料研究方法和到香港实地进行考察及调查访问，揭示了南华体育会对中国近代体育的重大贡献和深远影响，对借鉴南华体育会社会办体育的经验，为深化我国体育事业的改革提供了参考依据。
By studying literatures and making visits and interviews,this paper proclaimed theAnportant contribution and influence of South China Athletic Associntion in modern Chinesesports history. We may get a lot from their experience in organzing social sports activies to deep-en the present sports reform in China.
