杀虫剂的透皮吸收和药动效应 被引量:1

摘要 杀虫剂对昆虫的作用受许多因素的影响,这些影响大都发生在杀虫剂的吸收、配置与消除过程中,尤其是透皮吸收对爬行类昆虫更为重要。昆虫的皮肤是抵抑外界因素的第一道屏障,它是一个有机而复杂的组织,怎样才能使杀虫剂尽快通过皮肤到达靶位,同时又能减少用量及穿透时间,降低成本是当今所关心的问题。
