多发性骨髓瘤患者抗氧化酶活性与血清铜、锌、锰和硒含量的关系

Relationship between the Activity of Antioxidases and the Content of Serum Copper, Zinc, Manganese and Selenium in the Patients with Multiple Myeloma

摘要 动态地测定了多发性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma,MM)缓解期和非缓解期病人内源性抗氧化酶体系的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性,并同期测定了病人血清铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、锰(Mn)和硒(Se)的含量。结果发现,MM非缓解期病人SOD、GSH-Px及CAT活性较正常对照组明显降低,血清Zn、Mn和Se含量明显降低,血清Cu含量显著升高。缓解期病人抗氧化酶活性及血清Cu、Zn、Mn和Se含量接近正常水平。SOD活性与血清Zn和Se含量呈正相关(r_(Zn)=0.746,P<0.001;r_(Se)=0.533,P<0.01),GSH-Px活性与血清Se含量呈显著正相关(r=0.822,P<0.005),CAT活性与血清Zn和Se含量呈正相关(r_(zn)=0.507,P<0.05,r_(Se)=0.694,P<0.001)。本研究结果对解释MM患者抗氧化酶活性降低的原因及指导临床治疗具有实际意义。 We determined dynamically the activities of endogenous antioxidases, including superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and catalase (CAT), in red blood celis in the patients with multiple myeloma (MM) in remission and non-remission periods, and also determined the content of copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), manganese (Mn) and selenium (Se) in the serum at the same time. As compared to the countrol, we found that the activities of SOD, GSH-Px and CAT were decreased significantly in non-remission cases, and contents of serum Zn, Mn and Se were apparently lower, and serum Cu was higher than the normai Ievel. In remission cases, the activity of antioxidases and the content of these trace elements were recovered near the control Ievel. The activity of SOD had a positive correlation to the content of serum Zn and Se (r = 0.764, P<0.001; r=0.533, P<0.01), the activity of GSH-Px showed a positive correlation to serum Se content (r = 0.822, P< 0.001), and activity of CAT also and a positive correlation to serum content of Zn and Se (r = 0.507, P<0.05; r = 0.694, P<0.001). The results of our studies have practical value for explanation the reason for lower activities of antioxidases and guiding to clinical treatment.
