摘要
本文介绍了以硅胶柱、甲醇和水液相色谱系统分离乳油中速灭威和辛硫磷,经紫外检测器检测,外标定量的分析方法,并对方法的准确度和精密度进行了评价。
A methool is reported for determination of MTMC and phoxim in emulsifiable formulation by a reversed phase high-performance liguid chromatography (HPLC) procedure using a 200mm analytical silica gel column, methanol-water phase and a UV 254nm detector, and quantitative analysis with the external standard. Accuracy and precision of method was evaluated.
