摘要
低聚壳聚糖的开发研究已引起人们的浓厚兴趣,根据作者的经验,讨论了低聚壳聚糖的制备方法,特别是酶降解体系,H2O2降解体系等作了详细报告。在制备研究的基础上,还介绍了低聚壳聚糖在医药、化妆品、食品等方面的重要应用。
The developmental study of oligo-chitosan has aroused a great interest of all. The methods of preparation of oligo-chitosan are discussed on the basis of author's experience especially in the degrading systems of enzyme, H 2O 2, AcOH-NaNO 2, H 2SO 4-HCl, etc. At the same time, its applications on pharmacy, cosmetic and food are introduced
