换热器管子—管板液压胀接残余接触压力的测定 被引量:1

摘要 采用液压胀接技术,对换热器液压胀接后管子与单管模型的残余接触压力进行了研究。应用电阻应变片测量了换热管从单管模型中拉出后该模型外表面的周向应变,并根据弹性理论从周向应变计算出残余接触压力的实验值。用实验数据对弹塑性理论分析得出的残余接触压力表达式进行了验证。结果表明,该理论公式可以较为准确地计算换热器管子与管板液压胀接后的残余接触压力。 In this paper, the residual contact pressure of hydraulically expanded joints of tube to single tube model of heat exchangers is investigated. The circumferential strains at the outer surface of the model are measured with strain gages after the tubes are pulled out of the model. The residual contact pressures between the tubes and the models are calculated by the elastic theory and verified with the theory residual contacted expression derived by the authors in the other paper are verified. The results show that the theory expression can predict the residual contact pressure of the tube-to-tubesheet joints of heat exchangers.
