摘要
断裂带是岩体中最软弱地带，地质灾害高度集中，山区工程深受其害，是极易发生造价、工期、质量三失控地带。本文是勘设、施工及运营实践的研究总结。
The fractured zone where the geological diseases are highly concentrated is themost weak zoic of the rock mass. The engineering works at these mountainous regions:aredeeply affected. Therefore,the fractured zone is a 3 out-of-control zone where the out-of-control of cost, time limit and engineering quality occurred extremely easy. This paper is thesummary of the researching works concerned with the surveying design,construction and operation.
