摘要
应用高效液相色谱(HPLC)对包括42例阴性精神分裂症和25例精神分裂症的67例病人及10例健康正常对照组进行了脑脊液中去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)及其代谢产物3一甲基4羟基未乙二醇(MHPG),高香草酸(HVA)进行测试,并分别以NE/DA,MHPG/HVA作为两者相互作用指标,结果发现:(1)67例精神分裂症MHPG低于正常对照组,柜示有NE功能低下,NE/DA高于正常对照组,有NE与DA相互作用改变,这一现象在阳性精神分裂症更为明显;(2)阴性、阳性精神分裂症存在NE、NE/DA的差异,为精神分裂症异质性提供另一种证据,本文针对以上结果送行了讨论。
