摘要
根据仪器的整体要求,导航仪器产品中都采用有色金属、薄壁零件。但由于工件刚度差,容易引起变形、振动,从而影响机加工的精度。本文着重分析研究零件机加工时的受力状况,提出零件工艺刚度的概念。主张采用适当的定位、夹紧形式来提高零件的工艺刚度,达到减轻或消除零件的变形、振动和提高机加工的精度。
In the instruments of marine and navigation,as a whole reguirement, more nonferrous metals and thin shell parts will be adopted. When these partsare machined,lower rigidity,deformation and vibration will result in low precision of parts. This paper will mainly analyze and study the state of forced parts machined,and put forward the idea of technology rigidity,use the suitable form of fixrf position andclamp for machining the lower rigid parts to improve the technology rigidity of parts. These will reduce and eliminate the deformation and vibration of parts,so that machining precision is improved.
