摘要 Since Whittaker first set forth the stability problem of the states of equilibrium of nonholonomic systems in 1904, many scholars have made much study in this field and obtained many important results of stability of nonholonomic systems with respect to partial variables and all variables. However, in the past, people only separately considered the stability with respect to partial variables and all variables. Since Whittaker[1] first set forth the stability problem of the states of equilibrium of nonholomic systems in 1904, many scholars[2-4] have made much study in this field and obtained many important results of stability of nonholonomic systems with respect to partial variables and all variables. However, in the past, people only separately considered the stability with respect to partial variables and all variables. The relation between them has not been considered.
