摘要
32只雄性刚断奶SD大鼠,通过人工喂饲无或含有铁的纯合成饲料,建立缺铁与铁正常大鼠模型,使用^(59)Fe示踪法对缺铁大鼠每日补铁与每间隔3日补相等量铁的铁吸收率和滞留量进行观察对比。缺铁大鼠经每日补铁与间隔3日补铁后,动物整体铁吸收率分别为6.8±0.5%、14.2±0.9%,铁滞留量分别为9.1±0.3mg、7.0±0.4mg,其中两组大鼠肝脏、小肠粘膜组织非血红素铁测定总值分别为4.6±0.4mg、2.2±0.3mg。结果提示:缺铁大鼠经间隔3日补铁后铁吸收率明显高于每日补铁组;铁滞留量与每日补铁组无显著差异;肝脏、小肠粘膜组织的铁负荷少于每日补铁组。
Thirty-two male weanling Sprague Dawley rats were made either iron-deficient or non-deficient by feeding specific diet without or with iron, respectively. Iron absorption and retention were compared by 59Fe tracing method between iron-deficient rats with Fe supplement every 3 days and those with daily supplement. The iron absorption rates of the whole body in iron-deficient rats were 14.2±0.9% and 6.8 ± 0.5% for the former and the latter respectively, and the iron retentions were 7.0±0.4mg and
9.1 ± 0.3mg, respectively. The contents of total non-heme iron in liver and small intestine mucosa were
2.2± 0.3mg and 4.6 ± 0.4mg respectively in both groups with Fe supplement. Results showed that Fe supplied intermittently (every 3 days) was more efficiently absorbed than supplied daily. The iron retention was similar in both groups. The iron loads of liver and intestinal mucosa were less in rats with Fe supplied every 3 days than those with daily supplement.
