摘要
总结了401例支气管肺癌血管造影资料,分析了肺癌的供血动脉来源,支气管动脉直经、走行方向、开口方位和开口高度、并提出了作肺癌动脉插管化疗时除支气管动脉外,还应寻找其他供血动脉。支气管动脉宜在胸5～6椎体高度自右侧壁、右前壁、前壁、左前壁、左侧壁及后壁顺时钟方向寻找。
This article reported arteriography of 401cases of bronchogenic carcinoma and analyzed the origin about the supplying artery of bronchogenic carcinoma,and the diameter, the run,the direction and height of the bronchial artery. Besides the bronchial artery the author suggested that other supplying artery should be also searched in arterial infusion -chemotherapy of bronchial carcinoma. The bronchial artery should be looked for in clockwise direction from the rightlateral wall, the rightanterior wall,the anterior wall,the left anterior wall,the left lateral wall and posterior wall in level of T5-T6.
