摘要
采用顺铂——乙基纤维素微球(CDDP-ms)和明胶微球(G-ms)行犬髂内动脉微球栓塞。结果是:(1)不含药的明胶微球在末梢血管内多呈部分性阻塞,造成的组织炎性反应轻;(2)含药微球多导致末梢血管完全性阻塞、管壁破坏、管腔周围组织严重炎性反应及纤维化。说明微球用于临床时应充分注意剂量的适当及插管的选择性,以防盆腔脏器坏死穿孔。
A experimental study of internal iliac arterial embolization with micro-spheres was performed in our series. Ten of normal dogs were at random divided into two groups:cisplatin ethvlcellnlose microspheres(CDDP-ms) group, composed of five dogs, and gelfeam microspneres (G-ms) group of five dogs. Results were : (1)G-ms group produced partial blockage mainly in the arteriole and slight inflammation reaction in the tissue; (2)CD-DP-ms group resulted in complete blockage in the arteriole and destruction of vascular wall with severe inflammation reaction and fibrosis of the tissue, even with hemorrhhage and necrosis or perforation of pelvic organs. Result indicated that the right dosage of antineoplas-tic in microspheres and selective catheterization should be considered in order to prevent the pelvic organs from necrosis perforation, when microspheres used to ernbolize internal iliac artery..
