摘要
运用固体电解质快速定氧技术对氧气转炉吹炼终点至浇铸结束的全程钢水氧活度及温度进行测定,得出了氧活度与温度的变化规律并对终点钢水氧活度、含碳量与温度进行了回归分析,提出了改进钢质量的工艺措施。
The technique for expedite defining oxygen with solid
electrolyte has been used to measure the oxygen activity and temperature of BOF liquid steel during the time from the smelting terminal till casting end. we obtained the variant rules of oxygen activiy and temperature. The oxygen activity, carbon content and temperature of the final steel were analysed with regression analysis method. And then some technique measures to improve the steel quality were proposed.
