摘要
本文分析了结晶器振动参数对负滑脱时间和负滑脱率的影响,指出了采用非正弦振动能进一步提高拉坯速度的原因,确立了结晶器振动参数优化的指标,探讨了传统连铸拉坯速度的限度。
This paper analysed the influence of the oscillatory parameters of mould on negative strip time and negative strip rate and pointed out the reason of casting speed increased under the non-sinusoidal oscillation and established the target of optimising the oscillatory parameters and inquired into the limit of the conventional continuous casting speed.
