摘要
采用有限元模拟技术研究航空薄壁弧形结构件加工变形问题。针对现有的加工工艺和装夹方案建立了数值分析模型。应用商业有限元软件AN-SYS分析了立铣切削力产生的残余应力及其对工件变形的影响。
The machining deformation of aeronautical thin-wall arc shaped workpiece is investigated by using the finite element simulation technique. According to the existing machining and fixing method, the numerical analysis model is built. The residual stress produced by end-milling force and its effect on the work-piece deformation is analyzed by means of the commercial FE software ANSYS.
