摘要 根据对天水市5县、区内的9种基本建设类型对水土流失影响的分析。得出全市41年来基本建设累计流失泥沙量约占全市41年河流总输沙量的13.21%。工程规模越大,泥沙流失量越大;黄土丘陵沟壑区比土石山区、川台区流失量大。搞基本建设不注意水土保持问题,必将造成各种危害,农林地遭破坏,气候条件恶化,灾害频繁,侵蚀加剧,人民生命财产遭受损失。根据所产生的灾害的原因,必须采取一定的防治措施才能保证基本建设的顺利进行。 Based on analysing the influence of different types of the capital construction on soiland water loss in five county and two districts of Tianshui city,loss amount of sedimentationcaused by capital construction made up 13. 21% of the total amount in 41 years.The bigger project range was, the more loss amount of sedimentation was.The amount in loess hilly-gullly region was more than that in soil stone mountain and plain yuan region, If no attention was payedto soil and water loss problems during capital construction,it would cause many disasters such asdestroging cultive land and forestory, wousening climate,accelerating disasters and soil erosion,losing the life and preperty of the perople.Accorgding to the causes of disaster,some importantcomtrol measures in soil and water loss should be carried out in order to ensure the capital co.nstruction development freely.
