摘要
本文分析用三七总皂甙治疗１４例高粘血症并高血压患者的情况。结果表明，ＰＮＳ能降低患者全血及血浆粘度，降低红细胞的聚集性，还能减慢心率，降低增高的血压，但对正常血压影响较小。
Fourteen cases of hyperviscosemia complicated with hypertension were treated with Panax Notoginseng saponins. The results showed that PNS decreased the blood viscosity,inhibited the erythrocytic aggregativity, slowed down the heart rate, lowered the hypertension in the patients. The influence of PNS on normal blood pressure was smaller than that on hypertension.
