摘要
文章论述了地勘单位建立现代企业制度的意义和地勘单位现代企业制度的基本特征，并分析了地勘单位现行管理制度与现代企业制度的差别，提出了建立现代企业制度的几项措施。
The article expounds the significance of establishing a modern enterprise system for the geological prospecting units and the basic charaters of such a system. The difference between the modern one and the currently practised management system of the prospecting units are analysed,with the author's views on some steps to be taken for the establishment of the modern enterprise system.
