摘要
采用索氏提取法测定了施用适宜浓度稀土后胡麻种籽的含油量,测定结果表明:在胡麻生长的旺季,叶面喷施稀土能程度不同地提高胡麻种籽的含油量,提高幅度在0.6%~7.48%,含油量随稀土液浓度升高(0.1~0.5g/L范围)而增加,稀土提高含油量的效果与稀土增加产量的效果相一致,就提高含油量而言施用稀土液的时间是花期优于苗期。
By means of Scxhlet extraction, the oil content is determined for seeds collected from Linum usitatissimum L. which was applied by liquid of rare earth at certain concentrations in the study. The determinations shows, results that the rare earth sprayed on leaves can raise the oil content of the seeds at different degrees in peak period of growing Linum usitatissimum L.. The range of the raising is between 0.6% to 7.48%. The oil content has an increasing tendency with increase of the concentrations (in range Of 0.1~0.5g/L) of the liquid of rare earth, and this raising effection is consistent to increase of output by the rare earth. From the view of increase of the oil content, time of applying rare earth in flower period is better than in seedling, period.
