摘要
食用菌栽培产业的扩大及发展,一方面给社会提供了美味和高质量的食品,另一方面也广泛地利用了各种生物废弃物,但后者常常又会由于环境污染而引起食用菌污染(尤其重金属污染)问题,本文就国内外的食用菌重金属污染研究作一综述,并提出了食用菌重金属污染的防治对策。

mental pollution).The thesis is
about to make a comprehensive
study of the research of heavy
metal contamination in edible
fungi both home and abroad and
suggests countermeasures on heavy
metal contamination in edible
fungi.
