摘要
巴里坤盐湖水生维管束植物和底栖生物(除卤虫)缺乏,浮游生物总量全湖平均为1.978mg/L和2876.7万个/L,其中浮游植物总量为1.367mg/L,以绿藻门藻类为主,占浮游植物总量的63.6%(生物量),其次是硅藻门占29.5%,蓝藻门仅占6.4%,其它藻类数量和生物量均很少。优势种类是绿藻门的盐藻、扁藻、小球藻(4月份),硅藻门的菱形藻、蓝藻门的盐生微囊藻。浮游动物总量为0.61mg/L和6.4万个/L,以原生动物和轮虫为主要种类,其优势种类为下毛目纤毛虫,沙壳虫,泡轮虫和臂尾轮虫。该湖浮游生物量具有明显的季节变化和水平分布差异。春季浮游生物的种类、数量最大,秋季明显降低。水平差异表现在以A_S区浮游生物含量最高,其次是A_E区和A_W区。
Barcol Salt Lake is short of aquatic vascular and bottom-living plankton except Artemia barkoliea. The annual mean density of plankton reach 1. 978mg per litre and 2876. 7×10~4 per litre (for cells). The average biomass of phytoplankton is 1. 367mg per litre. The average biomass of chlorophta is the highest in all phytoplanktons, 63.6% of phytoplankton biomass. The second is Bacillari~ophyta, 29.5% of phytoplankton biomass, the other algaes quantity and biomass both is little. The dominant species of phytoplankton in overall lake are Dunaliella, Platymonas. Chlorella of Chlorphyta; Nitcshia of Bacillariophyta; Mierocyseis salina of Cyanophyta. The average biomass and the annual mean density of zooplankton are 0. 61mg per litre and 6. 41×10~4 per litre, seperatly. The biomass of Protozoa and Rotaria is higher than that of other zooplankton. The dominant species of zooplankton are Hypotricha, Difflugia, Pompholynx and Branchionus. The sampling results make show that biomass and quantity of zooplankton are much lower than that of Phytoplankton.There are abviously seasonal change and horizonal distribution difference in plankton. The species and quantity in Spring are the highest in all seasons, dramasticly decrease in Autumn. The horizonal differece, as section biomass, is the highest in all sections'. A_E and A_w section's are almost equal. The experiment results indicate that Anemia barkolica is keen on all dominant species of plankton, therefore, natural food is provided for A. barkolica. Meanwhile, because of little biomass of zooplankton, the extent of competition between zooplankton and A. barkolica is desent.
