摘要
介绍一种新的缓冲起动方法,即在电动机与设备之间加装一磁粉离合器,在电动机空载起动后,通过对磁粉离合器的控制,实现设备的可控缓冲起动。这一起动方法不仅可大大减小电动机型号,改善起动性能,而且具有显著的节能效益。本文在分析各类起动方式的基础上,推导出了不同起动方式的运动方程以及控制起动时间的计算公式,根据实测数据分析了采用磁粉离合器实现缓冲起动所带来的节能效益,介绍了磁粉离合器的选用和控制方法。
A new buffer starting process that a magnetic particle clutch is installed between the motor and the ball mill is introduced in this paper. This starting method can not only improve starting properties,but also be benificial to save energy. On the basis of analysing the various starting method , this paper deduces the dynamic equation of different starting method and calcuating formula of controlling starting time,analyses the benifit of energy saving of using magnetic particle clutch to achieve buffer starting and introduces the selection of the clutch and the controlling method.
