摘要
绞股蓝总皂甙(GP)皮下注射可增强正常小鼠和环磷酰胺所致免疫低下小鼠由Con A诱导的脾T淋巴细胞增殖反应和由LPS诱导的脾B淋巴细胞增殖反应,并且提高脾细胞白细胞介素2的生成。GP对免疫低下小鼠的作用更为显著。
3H-TdR incorporation into splenocytes and IL-2 dependent cell line CTLL- 2 were used to investigate the effect of gypensides (GP) on immune functions in LACA strain mice. It was shown that GP (10~30 mg/kg sc for 7 days) enhanced splenic T lymphocyte proliferation induced by Con A and B lymphocyte proliferation induced by LPS, and increased IL-2 production of splenocytes,in both normal mice and immunosuppres-sed mice caused by cyclophosphamide.The restorative or stimulatory effect of GP in the immunosuppressed mice was more marked than that in normal mice.It is suggested that GP may act as an effective immunopotentiator.
