摘要
先前的工作表明补中益气汤对多种胃粘膜损伤模型有良好的保护作用,本文观察了该方对胃粘膜细胞能量代谢的ATP-Na^+-K^+-Mg^(++)-ATPase-ADP系统和ADP-腺苷酸环化酶-cAMP系统平衡的调节作用。
This paper has reported the pharmacological mechanisms of BZYQD on preventing gestric mucosa damaged. The results were following: ( 1 ) BZYQD could activate Na+-K+-Mg++-ATPase activity from rat gastric mucosa, and relieve that Na+-K+-Mg++-AT-Pase activity from gastric mucosa of Indomethacine-induced rat ulcer model was inhibited. ( 2 ) There was no distinct effect of BZYQD on the amounts of cAMP in normal rat gastric mucosa.but it resisted that amounts of cAMP in gastric mucosa of Indomethacine-induced rat ulcer model was decreased. The results mentioned above suggest that: The regulatory effect of BZYQD between ATP-Na+-K+-Mg++-ATPase-ADP system and ATP-adenylate cyclase-cAMP system is one of the important pharmacological mechanisms of BZYQD on preventing gastric mucosa damaged.
