摘要
苏子降气汤对小鼠氨水性咳嗽、豚鼠实验性哮喘、巴豆油引起的小鼠耳部炎症以及实验性I型变态反应均有显著的抑制作用;对正常及由组胺、乙酰胆碱所致痉挛状态的离体气管均有显著的松弛作用,且不被心得安所拮抗;能明显减轻SO_2慢性支气管炎模型的病理改变;对呼吸道酚红排泌的影响不明显。
This paper has reported the pharmacological effects of SZIQD ou the main pharma-cdynamics. The results were as follow: ( 1 ) Ammonia-induced cough of mice, histamine-acetyl choline chloride-induced asthma of guinea pigs, oil of Croton seed-induced inflammation of mice, and experimental allergy of type f1 of rats were markedly inhibited by SZJQD. ( 2 ) The normal respiratory tract segments and histamine-acetyl choline-induced convulsing respiratory tract segments were markedly relaxed by SZJQD, which couldn't be prevented by propranolol, the bata receptor blocker. (3) Index of sulfur dioxide-induced chronic bronchitis models were significantly decreased by SZJQD.
