摘要
黄山市旅游餐饮业具有发展优势,但在发展过程中存在诸多问题,必须采取发展对策:开展徽菜饮食文化整理研究,加强徽菜的宣传促销;以大众化经营—文化经营—品牌经营—规模化经营—网络化经营为发展方向;提高旅游团队餐饮质量,方便散客用餐;理顺旅游餐饮的行业管理;以人为本,不断提高旅游餐饮从业人员的业务素质。
There is preponderance in the development of tourism and food and beverage business in Huangshan City area. However, in the course of its development many problems also arise, to which a series of countermeasures should be taken, such as carrying on the collocation and study of Hui cuisine dietetic culture; strengthening the propagation and promotion of Hui cuisine; taking the popular management-cultural management-brand management-large-scaled management-network management as the orientation of its development; improving the food quality for tourist teams; making the diet convienient for the visitors who are not in groups; enhancing tourism and food trade managing level; increasingly improving the vocational quality of the working staff engaged in tourism and food business on the principle of 'taking human as essence of all things'.
