火焰加热流液洞玻璃池窑内玻璃液流动的实体模型研究

摘要 采用实体模型试验方法,测试了玻璃池窑模型中心轴纵截面上模拟液的速度分布。测试包括了只有生产流,只有热对流和两者综合作用的情况。通过对模型窑内速度场的分析,得出在不同情况下实际池窑内玻璃液的流动规律,提出了加速池窑内玻璃液的澄清及均化的途径。 The velocity distribution of glass current in the vertical section along the axis of the model has been measured by means of physical simulated test.Pure withdrawal current,pure convection current and superimposition of convection and withdrawal currents were meas- ured respectively.From the experimental result,the fluid lay of glass current in tank melting furnaces in different case were attained and the methods of improvement on refining and homogenisation have been indicated in this paper.
