摘要
随着高磁场成像机的发展,应用新的快速成像、化学位移成像,MRA(血管成像)、MRS(频谱)等及新的表面线图、造影剂的临床应用,改善图像质量、CNR(对比/噪音比),提高了MR诊断能力。
Current status of MR imaging of the female pelvis is reviewed. MR imaging is an excellent modality with which to delineate normal anatomic Structures and Variety of pathologic conditions in the female pelvis. Basic techniques and sensitivity of MRI for differentiating histologic lesions are discussed. As technology Continues to evolve MRI will likely assume an even greater role in evalualing the female pelvis.
