摘要
栀子黄是从茜草科植物栀子(Gardenia Jasminoides Ellis)果实中提取出来的一种食用天然黄色素.本文采用混合溶剂循环浸提法提取栀子黄色素,较水溶液浸提法无论在提高产品质量和降低成本上都取得了可喜的成果.
Gardenia yellow is a kind of natural edible pigment which is extracted from the fruits of Gardenia Jasminoides Ellis,akind of Rubiaceea plants It is obtained better results to use the mixed soluent extract in cycles than to use water soluent extractfor the Gardenia yellow either production quality of costs.
