成人胫骨骨折形态与冲击力的关系

摘要 本文对37例成人胫骨骨折的伤因、骨折部位、形状进行探讨,并对成人湿润胫骨进行冲击力试验,比较结果后发现:冲击力致成人胫骨骨折易发生中、下段,本组34例占91.89%,且多为粉碎型和斜型。由此提出对于此种不稳定型骨折应用双向Ender氏针打入法固定是一种较为理想的方法。 This paper prescnts 37 cases with fractures of the tibial shaft cause, site. type compared the results of crashing expcriment of adult fresh tibial shaft treat with formalin it is found out that a direct blow or crashing force is applied bone to a commiunted fractures of results, either below the site of the tibial fracture. There are 34 cases(91.89%)with comminuted. oblique frectures. Suggusting that these patients with unstable comminuted fractures will be greatly faciltated by both ends agaist direction ender Nailing(intramedullary) fixation.
