摘要
本文叙述了一个实际用于电力调度中心的事故处理实时专家系统,它是为东北电管局调度局研制的“电力系统故障判断和调度处理专家系统”,的第二部分内容,有关故障元件判断的第一部分在另一篇文章“电力系统实时故障判断及安全监视专家系统的研究”中详细讨论,两部分之间通过数据库联系,ESRG是在第一部分判断结果的基础上,完成电网解列判断和给出并网操作措施及故障元件恢复措施,同时ESRG对东电调度局的EMS的一些信息进行了综合和扩充。
This paper describes a real-time expert system for a restoration guide which will be practically used in a dispatching center to evaluate the performance of the knowledge base system. The system is introduced into SCADA computer through a interface on order to get on -line information on the current state of power system. The system has two operation modes: One is on -line guide mode, Which gives operator an appropriate restoation plan by using the knowledge base of expertise and heuristics on power system restorarion. The other is off -line simulation mode which is uscful for knowledge engincer to verify the validity of the acquired knowledge.The system function, knowledge acquisition, knowledge reprcsentation, inference engine, interface of SCADA system, and man-machine interface are discussed. Sime examples are provided to demonstrate capability of this system.
