摘要
如果亚临床病灶的肿瘤细胞具有与周围正常组织相同的氧合状态,那么应获得与正常组织相似的低氧放射防护效应。在呼吸10.5%低氧混合气造成暂时性全身低氧状态条件下,对实验小白鼠的模拟亚临床病灶实施照射,以肺表面出现转移性病灶的计数为指标,我们取得的低氧放射防护因数为1.29。实验结果给予了一定的提示,但实验模型应进一步完善。
It is expected that, the radioprotective action of hypoxia on subclinical lesion is close to that of normal tissues pending equal oxygenation. In the present experiment, using a transienct systemic hypoxia by breathing a 10.5% oxygen gas mixture, the simulated subclinical lesions in the experimental mice were irradiated. Taking the number of metastatic lesions on the surface of the lung as the criterion of estimating the radiation effect, we obtained a radioprotective factor (RPF) of 1.29 under hypoxia. Yet, we think it is still less than the expected value.
