摘要
本文报导了在HZSM-5和PZSM-5沸石分子筛催化剂上丁酸乙酯的合成。考察了固定床工艺参数对这两类催化剂存在下酯化反应的影响。初步探讨了磷改性后HZSM-5沸石表面酸性变化与其催化性能的关系。
Ethyl butyrate has been synthesized in the presence of HZSM-5 or modified HZSM-5 by adding phosphrus to a fixed reactor. The cstcrification of butyric acid with alcohol is investigated on varied processing conditions. The effect of the variations of the surface acidity of phosphatizing HZSM-5 on catalyst performance has also been discussed.
