通过分组孵化试验,取得不同种蛋空间位置,胎位不同,尿囊合拢程度不同,蛋白吸收程度不同,平放种蛋比倾斜45°平均孵化率高13.2％,比立放高16.3％。
In an experiment of grouped hat chings,th e authors found that setting breeding eggs in different ways could result in different embryonic positions and in different levels of allantoic closure and of protein absorption. The results showed that the eggs placed horizontally produced a hatching percentage of 13.2% higher than those placed in a gradient of 45?and of 16.3% higher than those placed vertically
