摘要
阐述应试教育与素质教育的区别,并提出个性化教育是素质教育的核心。素质教育是以发展人的素质为目标,注重学生能力的培养,充分发挥学生个性和思维,把学生培养成与社会相衔接的“四有”新人。
The article deals with the differences between quality and examination in education, and the individual character in education becomes the centre of quality education, which aims at a student's development, improvement and creation both in ability and quality.
