摘要
为提高高原劳动能力,我们研制了含有多种糖、维生素、氨基酸和无机盐的高能合剂。在小白鼠减压缺氧(模拟海拔高度10000m)游泳实验中,高能合剂组和对照组的存活时间分别为:72.3±1.3min和58.8±1.2min(P<O.01);在小白鼠密闭缺氧游泳实验中,高能合剂组和对照组的存活时间分别为:41.5±2.1min和32.8±2.1min(P<0.05);在大白鼠减压缺氧(模拟海拔高度5000m)负重游泳实验中,高能合剂组的血糖、骨骼肌和心肌糖元、骨骼肌ATP和骨骼肌线粒体氧化磷酸化水平(RCR与P/O)都明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而高能合剂组的血乳酸含量明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结果提示,高能合剂在提高低氧鼠能源贮备及减少运动时血乳酸累积等方面有明显的作用,该合剂亦能从整体上提高鼠的低氧运动耐力。
The effects of a High Energy Mixture (HEM) containing several kinds of sugar,vitamins,amino acids and inorgnic salts on exercise performance(survival time,ST)in swimming—mice,and biochemical parameters in swimming rats were investigated.The mice and rats were randomly divided into test (T) (receiving HEM)and control(C)groups.The mice(exposed to a simulated altitude of 10000m in a load of a hermetic hypoxia) and rats with 8% body weight (exposed to a simulated altitude of 5 000m) were forced to swim in a hypobaric chamber.The results showed that the ST in T and in C were 72.2±1.3min and 58.8±1.2min in hypobaric hypoxic mice(p<0.05)or 41.5±2.1min and 32.8±2.1min in hermetic hypoxic mice(p<0.05),respdetively,and the level of blood glucose, glycogen and ATP in skeletal muscle in T were significantly higher than those in C(p<0.05).The RCR and P/O of mitochondria was also highae in T than that in C(p<0.05).However the level of blood iactate was lower in T than that in C (p<0.01).On the basis of present study,it was considered that HEM might play an important role in the improvement of exercise perfomance during hypoxia.
