摘要
大港油田孔店原油是典型的低硫重质环烷基原油,具有高粘度、凝固点低、含硫低的特点。该原油经常减压蒸馏后切割250～500℃之间的窄馏分,经溶剂(酸碱)精制、白土精制,可制取DB-10、DB-25变压器油,高压电缆充油,各种牌号的机械油及汽缸油等产品,如经溶剂脱蜡可以制取凝固点更低,多种品种牌号的润滑油。
Kongdian crude oil from Dagang oil field is typical heavy naphthene base crude oil with the properties of high viscosity, low solidifying point and sulfur content.The narrow fractions between 250℃-500℃ obtained from the atmospheric vacuum distillation processing are refined by solvent (acid-base) and clay, then the DB-10, DB-25 transformer oils, high-pressure filling oil cable oil, machine oils of all kinds of grade and cylinder oil etc. can be obtained. For example, kinds of grade lube oils with more lower solidifying point can be made by solvent dewaxing.
