摘要
本文作者首次将微菌落技术和免疫荧光技术及免疫酶染色技术相结合,对其特异性,敏感性,重复性做了实验,并与常规培养法进行比较。分别用沙门氏菌和志贺氏菌多价诊断血清与6种细菌特异性染色,结果只有伤寒沙门氏菌和福氏志贺氏菌与其相应诊断血清有特异性反应,其他菌均为阴性,用巳知菌作最低检出极限试验,常规法为10个/ml菌,微菌落免疫荧光染色法为5个/ml菌,微菌落免疫酶染色法为1个/ml菌。重复20余次,阳性、阴性菌结果均一致。该试验能在5~6小时内出结果,证明本法具有敏感、特异、快速、重复性好等优点。
This paper first reports about bacterial microcolony combined with immunofluorsecent technique and immunoenzymic staining technique, It is very satisfactory and sensitive, when compared with the routine technique. The result of specific staining reaction with polyvalent diagnostic serum show that only Salmonella typhimarium and Shigella flexneri had positive reactions in six bacterial species, and 10, 5, and 1 per millilitre with routine technique, immunofluorsecent technique and immunoenzymic staining technique separatly The results could be achieved in 5-6 hours.
